The problem
Compressed air entering the airnet is always 100% saturated with water vapour. When cooling down, the moisture will condense, causing severe damage not only to your compressed air system, but also to your finished products.

On an average day, with ambient air at 25c and relative humidity at 70% a compressor rated at 200 l/s will take in about 280 l of water per day in vapour form alongside the air.
After compression and cooling the vapour turns to liquid, which will harm your system if not removed. Although the aftercooler eliminates about two-thirds of the moisture (approximately 190 l), the remaining one-third flows freely through your system, still capable of causing sever damage to the system . The end result could be high maintenance and repair costs, as well as spoiled product.
